About half the public identify the cost of groceries as a major source of financial stress. Nearly 1 in 5 of them have used so-called Buy Now Play Later services to buy their groceries.
Fewer people perceive racial discrimination against Black or Asian people compared with 2021. About one third of the public think DEI initiatives reduce discrimination against women, Hispanic people, and Asian people. Others think DEI initiatives don’t make a difference or increase discrimination.
Six in 10 adults have ever used AI to search for information. People under 30 are more likely to use AI for a variety of tasks, especially to brainstorm ideas.
Sixty-seven percent have at least some confidence in the Supreme Court, up from 56% in July 2022 just after the Dobbs decision. Thirty-eight percent think the Court has too much power, up from 29% in April 2025.
